When I use the browser I can click the quick upload to upload an image and it gives a "An HTTP error 0. /imagebrowser/upload/js" When I close the dialog and close the image browser popup, and reopen it the image is displayed and was uploaded. Do anyone know why I would be getting the error if it seems to be uploading the image and working?

We had the same problem. See here and make sure the Devel module is not appending HTML to each page.
