"Authored by" field displayed even in content type with authorship disabled

The field "Authored by" (where users can submit text that will replace their user id as the author of the content) is displayed always (users can write anything there), even in content types with authorship disabled.

In cases where authorship is disabled for that content type (but users have access to authorship module, of course), whatever a user writes in that field is ignored, but the case is that the field still appears, so if users aren't carefully checking the preview it might mislead them into thinking their gonna publish something with a nick other than their userid, which won't happen.

It would be better to not display the field in content types with authorship disabled.ç
