I'm a freelance one man band, so I often do design for clients as part of the development process, however I often run into situations where I have too much work, or I need a fresh look in the design area.
What I am looking for is a designer who can take a gray-scale or black and white mockup that I provide and translate it into an organic, clean design that I can take and convert into a theme. I am not proposing an employee situation or even a long term contract, but rather a partnership where I find someone I trust to pass work to periodically.

1. I am not looking for themers or programmers or well rounded developers, I am looking for highly skilled designers. I can design myself, but I am looking for someone who does nothing but design all the time.
