Install Profile API

Install Profile API is a set of shorthand functions to help an installation profile builder quickly add content types, permission, roles, etc. without digging knee deep into Drupal core API.

To see which contributed and core modules are supported check out the core and contrib subdirectories in the module, there is a .inc file for every supported module.
