I get this error message when I try to access the configuration site of the module:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/subdomains/test/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/username_check/username_check.admin.inc' (include_path='.:') in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/subdomains/test/httpdocs/includes/menu.inc on line 499

Oops, it looks like I forgot to add this files to CVS. It's fixed, try now.

PS. At the moment zip-archive already contains the missing files, but the .tar.gz is not rebuilt yet.
