I am using Tinsel theme and want to implement Panels Everywhere.
In the preview the site template looks fine with the chosen colorschema (Ash).
As soon as Override the page template is selected the colorschema falls back to the default (Blue Lagoon).

does Tinsel adds classes to <body> tag?

If I am correct tinsel uses the PE base page.tpl.php and by this does not get the body classes.

Even print the variable would probably not work with PE as it overrides the normal page_preprocess if you set it to override the template. Please try disable "Override the page template". Should work with latest stable but not with latest dev.

Feel free to reopen the issue.
