It's been 6-months since we did a release and there have been several bug fixes. I think we're close enough to just call it 2.0. Thoughts? Issues that should be addressed before then?

#844052: "Has programs" filter broken should be a quick fix, I might even knock it out today. The only other open bug is #733216: Taxonomy of archived audio is not working correctly in redards to parent terms and day name, but your comment about refactoring around date.module makes want to postpone that.

Should we put out an RC release to test the upgrade path before calling it stable?

Humm, yeah maybe we should just get a new beta out to get people testing the changes. Then we can focus on the other issues.

Okay I'd really like to try to get a 2.0 release out before the end of the year. I'd like to start a 3.x branch where we can do some crazier stuff like move the modules into the Features.module way of doing things and migrate off of audio module into a filefield based structure, look at better ways of doing logging and playlists etc. So lets get a stable version out before D7 launches ;)
