After enabling the book module, I tried to create a book. When I create new book page and click on under Book outline section, I get message that says "This will be the top-level page in this book.". However, no book is created, just the book page.
I cannot find anything under admin/content/book and no book is created.
I suspect that book outline functionality is not working somehow.

I can see the book page created under admin/content/node
However, I cannot see link for "Add child page" as well.

I am logged in as site administrator (user/1)
The book page is "Published" and "Promoted to front page".
Drupal version 6.19

You need to make the book published. I have no idea why this hasn't been fixed, as it's very confusing to our users.

I get a message: To help protect your security, Internet explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer.
I cannot make any books. Other sites I have do it fine. I don't know what's wrong, and I can't find many clues here.
