Module does not support cyrillic

Description

I cannot write in cyrillic anything: name, description, category name
It appears as '???????' instead. Probably there is the same problem in another code pages.

It turns out it doesn' t work with Latin 2 either. It converts all Czech accented characters such as ščřě into questionmarks, as well. It means that it doesn't save input as UTF-8.

it doesn't work with many other languages as well... its been more than a year, isn't there a fix?

The fix will be to move to the Web Links module. I hope to have a conversion function available this weekend.

A conversion function to the Web Links module is available for both 5.x and 6.x. That module provides this feature.
