JS display plug-ins are theme sensible

I use both plug-ins :
ViewsRotator(ver 6.x-1.0-alpha2)
ViewsAccordion(ver 6.x-1.3)
Both are JS.

When ZEN theme is active - both are functionning and displayed OK.
Using core themes - both plug-ins work OK.

When TENDU theme is active - both are not functioning (Accordion behave like "unformatted", and Rotator displays only the first node).
Same with the theme : AdaptiveTheme

Other JS modules (not Views modules) are OK when using any theme.
