Hi guys !
I just created a simple documentation page explaining how to use the MapBox module with OpenLayers. Specifically how to use a free tileset from MapBox.com in OpenLayers. The page is in the OpenLayers handbook pages : http://drupal.org/node/911028
Hope this will help the beginners like me ! Maintainers (and users as well), what do you think ?
ps : I cross-posted this notice in the OpenLayers issue queue as well, and one the maintainers improved it a little bit.

I made this page into an individual Mapbpox documentation and added a child page on how to make new tiles. PLanning on making D7 docs, if you want to see the docs move forward re-open this and change title to D7 Mapbox documentation or open a new issue.
