When re-arranging elements on the node form through cck, the forum module's 'Leave shadow copy' option can get stuck in an odd place far away from the taxonomy form that it relates to.

This patch just adds an item to place the shadow copy option after the taxonomy form by default, and allow it to be moved in the manage fields interface.
