I'm missing an important piece of information, I think. When I install up_uc, it doesn't seem to ask which vocabulary to use, it uses userpoints. I created two terms within userpoints, type a and type b, and points are assigned to one of those based what is defined in the product record. That works.
Ubercart sets up a catalog vocabulary. There I have type a and type b terms, which the products are assigned to. That works.
The problem is that the user has received 12 (userpoint) type a points. The user is purchasing a product (catalog) type a product. The checkout payment dialog shows the user having 0 points to be used. Does the ubercart catalog vocabulary need to be the same as the userpoints vocabulary in order for the points to be noticed? The seemingly applicable parts of the userpoints configuration (ubercart payment, etc) all want -one- category with which to purchase ... how is it that you can set up multiple categories to award points to but only define one category to use to purchase product?

j. ayen green commentedDoes anyone have this working? I changed the vocabulary for Ubercart's catalog to be the same vocabulary as userpoints, so that the product being purchased is the same tid as the points being held, and checkout STILL says that there are 0 points available for use in payment, even though the user has approved points that are the same tid as the product being purchased.

sagar ramgade commentedWhat's the value did u enter in admin >configuration > points settings
Points used in discount (for every USD): ?
If you are using a fraction less than 1 it will always show zero, however if you enter 1 0r 2 it works fine.
