I would like to use the news aggregator with Drupal. However, I am behind a firewall and need to set a proxy. Where can I do this?

I second the question, haven't found any information in the handbooks.

How do I set up the News Aggregator to use a proxy server to access the feeds (using Drupal 5.1 on XAMPP on Windows)?
