Remove Nodewords User interface only from user account page but not regular nodes

I noticed that when Nodewords user interface is enabled it seems to be a global thing. I would prefer that my users not see or be able to edit meta tags on their own user account page, however I still want site editors to be able to edit meta tags on regular node pages. It seems that one should be able to choose where meta tags shows up in an editable format. Perhaps I am missing a setting somewhere?
