Can you go to the site map settings and under "Menus to include in the site map:" select a menu and hit save just for testing. Do you still get the error?

Then go back to settings and deselect all menus, any error now?

scratch this... after going into /admin/settings/site_map and hitting "Save Configuration" , error went away...
