I'm not sure if this is anything you have control over, but when you have the wrong account or pw in the settings, you get an error 100. Which is "File is missing". This may be what fx.php is supplying, so it may be out of your control, but thought you'd like to know.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It's what I'm getting from FX.php, so yes I don't think I can do much about it. Maybe in the future I'll tack a note into the watchdog report to make it more clear what might be wrong. I'll also send an email to the FX.php author.

If you're contacting the author, it might also be worth asking which files need to be included in a distribution like this. Almost all of the larger files (.fp7 and .pdf etc) aren't required, so you may be able to considerably reduce the download size...
