cocomment not posted if "Post Comment" clicked first

Issue Summary

If I Preview first, it seems to post the comment to CoComment OK. But, if I go ahead and click "Post Comment" without first previewing, it doesn't send the comment to CoComment. Any ideas?

Fixed in DRUPAL-5 and HEAD.
