Issue Summary
I've just been playing with this module and have submitted a post from my blog which is hosted on a server in the states, I'm in the UK so it posts to my livejournal in the future. It looks like its picking up server time rather than drupal time

This will be fixed in the 1.1 version. Sorry about that (and how long it took).
