VotingAPI:Voting Results

When a block is setup to display diaries along with VotingAPI:Voting Results, the diaries do not show up until they have at least one vote cast for or against them. If this field is removed, then they display as soon as they are published. With this field enabled, they do not show up until a vote is cast. The specific subfields selected were value type:points, tag:vote and option sum of vote values.
