Here is how I understand this. A new node is added, triggering the view to be refreshed. What about a situation where the basis is not a node being created? Can this refresh be made unconditionally or have a polling system or be based on a specific time?

My need for this has changed as I have been notified we are moving to a node based environment. But we will still need autorefresh of views.
