Dont show dsm ( HTML ) in messages / no need for page.tpl.php modifications anymore ( patch attached )

With this patch you dont need to modifiy your template file anymore, as the message tempalte method is overriden and the container is printed.

In addition, all messages including HTML are not shown in rawr but inline. This way, dsm still show up properly.
