can anyone please explain to me, why i'm receiving this message?

this is only happens randomly during posting some article...
is moving from one server to another server could be a factor also? or upgrading server could cause this? cause i'm up with a new server (or upgraded server) and i didn't have an issue like this before i move to this server.

I tried saving the node, clearing the cache, re-creating the node alias and still nothing.

The problem in my case was due to a view attached to the node that returned 404 and thus the node was inaccessible.
