I don't find anyone addressing the issue of translation for locations. I think this is fundamental, but that is my humble opinion of course... Even so if Drupal is understood to be so tremendously multi-language oriented, how come that one of the essential characteristics still doesn't seem to be covered? Translation of a location on gMaps!
Is it considered normal by the Drupal community to have to input the SAME information over and over again for each language when using maps???
We have a tourist site in 6 languages with hundreds of items. And surprisingly they all have a place or in other words latidude, longitude, country, province and address! Surprisingly too all these variables are the same in all the languages. Still it has to be put in anew for every language again. How can this be possible???
Any suggestions?

Italy - English
Italien - German
Italia - Italian
Italie - French
