I went through the help pages and did some adjustments and some extending.
The help is now divided into three pages:

* Tutorial
o Overview of YQL Flexible View
o Closer description of YQL Query Flexible View
o An example of YQL Query Flexible View

A patch describing all the changes is attached.

Here's an updated screenshot for the sushi search in the YQL Console, matching with the included default view.
(I wasn't sure if it was reasonable to include image files in the patch.)
