Issue Summary
Would you agree to move the gateway specific settings to the gateway_*.inc ?
A new hook_settings for this would be simple to implement and make it much easier to provide different settings formular for each gateway.

I could also provide a new gateway_*.inc if the settings were gateway-specific.
