Hi

I would like to use lightbox on images, but I don't want to lost an option to comment image and see comments for viewing image.
Would be possible to put these two things together?

Hi,

For this feature is necessary to implement a Gallery Assist own lightbox. Remember that the manipulation of content depends from the features from each lightbox.

My opinion:
Many people confuse a overlay functionality with a lightbox functionality.
The usage of a lightbox to show a image with annexed content is more personal taste than usefully feature. Lightboxes resizes images in proportion to the div size. If we display a image with many information such as comments, copyright, title and caption, we see in the lightbox box a scroll page with a image resized such as a thumbnail. We should not exaggerate.

I leave this as discussion point for the future (so we not forget it). It exist other points that are to be fixed and having much more priority as this here.
