How can I set it up so that when someone votes on a story link, it will move up and down in rank, based off of the points awarded per voite.

For example:
Story - 3 points is above
Story - 2 points

The story link module generates a number of different views as described in the README file. See for example these views.

* yoursite.com/storylink/top
* yoursite.com/storylink/top/day
* yoursite.com/storylink/top/week
* yoursite.com/storylink/top/month
* yoursite.com/storylink/top/year

You can also use views to order nodes by score AND taxonomy for example.
