allow custom callbacks, define some default custom callbacks

Issue Summary

It would be cool if clicking a custom link would call some callback, then link could be used to trigger a rule from trigger module (possible predefined callback) or grant/revoke role for user (possible custom callback)

Basically clicking a link would be trigger for something... rules, actions, custom php code
