Please allow us to configure if we want each rewrite of this module to be reported in watchdog.
IMHO I don't need to have all these lines for each request and as such I currently removed the watchdog line.

Will be fixed by #933942: Merge Parallel and CDN modules: migration path (no watchdog logging anymore).
