Hi,

I am trying to use the Embedded Media Field module to display a youTube video. I have created a content type for the embedded videos and created content where I put in the youTube embed code. The video displays and works only when I view it as the administrator.

Just learning Drupal so I am wondering if I missed a setting somewhere or why it only displays when logged in as administrator?

Found it. I had to enable permissions to view embedded video under User Management.

Hi! I don't see "view embedded video" on my /admin/user/permissions. Any ideas?

Ok solved it!

I have "node privacy byrole" module (http://drupal.org/project/node_privacy_byrole) installed, so I still need to configure this.

Btw, look for "content_permissions module" under "/admin/user/permissions".

I am wondering how you use this module. I have uploaded and extracted the module to my website but not sure how to use it. I want to use it with views .. wondering if you know how to group them to show as blocks ?

how to set up views block using this embedded video from youtube please ?

i can see the youtube on the node but not on views, it just gives me a blank ...

i cannot see permission set on user management, is that the reason why ? but why can't i view it though as i am using administrator account.
