A user with PERM_DELETE_WIKI_CONTENT but not PERM_MANAGE_WIKI cannot delete a page in the wiki, even though she should be able to.

God I wish I had submitted some of the patches I made in early 2006... this problem was fixed in june or july. I'm really sorry!
