I installed CCK (on two setups) and then tried to create a new node. I got an error message reading "warning: array_keys(): The first argument should be an array in //modules/cck/content_admin.inc on line 181." Everything seems to work fine, except that the theme I setup does not seem to work. I named it node-content_Letters.tpl.php. It is just displaying the default theme. What am I doing wrong?

I just committed a fix for this, so grab the latest version from the cvs repository and you should be OK.
