Kaltura 6.x-2.0 (release coordination)

I think this looks like a sensible bunch of targets for a 2.0 release.

Have started collating work and will be focussing on the above issues over the next short while.

Please make note here of any specific issues you think should be included and aren't already.

Kaltura have just released an updated CE which I'd like to test against also.

Would be great if you can get that CE box up and running Zohar!
