Related to issue #918650: GED import reverses parent order for some groups, a switching function for the parent order would be highly useful. If it were exposed to Views Bulk Operations it would be ideal since it would allow an administrator to display group lists and select those nodes with parent 2 in the front (generally the female names first), and then run the correcting function in bulk.
The need for this function is aggravated by the long and unstructured dropdowns for groups (which are not organized alphabetically for some odd reason). With thousands of nodes in a db, this dropdown is basically impossible to use, so adding new nodes or groups is *extremely* frustrating. This field seems a perfect candidate for Drupal's built in AJAX autocomplete function.
Could someone PLEASE address this issue since the module is basically unusable for any serious site with large numbers of people.
Also, is this module is being maintained??? There seems to be almost no support activity for a very long time.
