I want a node to be claimed only once. Is there such a patch? Also, how do I get an email (as an Admin) when someone claims the node? I tried to check Email Notification for Site Administrator, but this does now work. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It seems that the only part of this module that is working is the claiming recor keeping, the rest is broken.
I will be getting the email bit working and publishing the patch

Not fixed, a node with a claim which is accepted still displays the claim link.
