This is a quick release.
Beta3 was throwing notices on the mapping page.

- The issues with the CSV parser are gone!
- Lots of UI love.
- Added a bunch of tests.
- Blank source and Temporary target work as expected.
- Sources with spaces in them no longer break enabling/disabling.
