e.g. on admin/build/sites/1/edit/virtual_site_theme_feature I choose a theme and hit save. The next time I go there it is not saved.

I am having the same problem.

I have also recently had the issue that while trying to reorder menu items by dragging and dropping I got a "verification failed" on the superuser account and changes were not saved (not sure if this may be related). I ended up fixing this by manually putting in weightings. Drag and drop has worked fine however on reordering cck fields.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what's wrong? This has only started recently for me and I also have a testing server running with the latest drupal and very similar config that is having no problems at all.
