If someone clicks on the link to the tickets in the email, they will get an access denied since it links directly to zencart. Is there a way to rout them through the drupal site to make sure they are logged in?

bigdave commentedThis is not an answer but might help someone get to the answer...
You can control in your zendesk the email templates that contain the links to the tickets.
If we could construct a URL to the drupal site, make the user login, then redirect them back to the zendesk site...

aprice42 commentedin looking more closely at my configuration, I think I discovered my issue.. On the zendesk.com > account > security settings page I had not entered the correct Remote login URL: I modified that and made it http://domain.com/services/zendesk and now I am not getting the access denied issue...

markwk commentedGreat good to hear... I don't really use / maintain the 6.x branch so I'm not really 100% sure about how well it works.

hazaMails are sent by Zendesk, there's no way for us to control that.
