We are trying to use mailhandler and mail comment modules to set up a group discussion site. The major features of this site is to allow group members to discuss with each other through email or make post at an associated forum at a website.
The basic functions seem to be working well. That's, authorized users can send email to an assigned email box and the message will be posted as a discussion thread in the forum at the website. Then the website will send the message (with the messenger and notifications modules) to all group members. Then every member can reply and the reply will be sent to all group members.
WHAT WE NEED HELP is to format and template the messages posted at the website and received by group members. The problem we have been experiencing is that messages (especially sent from OUTLOOK email accounts) can be present in a very messy way.
