no jobs at Zencoder

hello,

i get sick of FFmpeg so i switched to zencoder..
having zencoder account and API , also amazon s3 account
and all configured correctly,

when i upload and save video file, i can see the file at s3 bucket and folders...
but no conversion to FLV happens and i can see no jobs at zencoder account..

what shall be the problem?

i have normal drupal cron runs cron.php
and another one runs video_scheduler.php which is at root of drupal installation..
