Setting the cover image used to be obvious, now that seems to be gone?

I created a patch to add a "Make Cover" checkbox to the gallery edit form on the node edit page.

It works as expected on the current Gallery Assist 1.x-dev (1.36).

*NOTE - this does permit a user to check "Make Cover" on multiple items. It doesn't cause any real problems, but it will force GA to arbitrarily pick one of the selected images to act as gallery cover based on secondary sort criteria.
