Hi there,

I have a web hosting business.
Currently I have 20 customers, the business management is made by excel files.

I would like to upgrade my services, I worked once with drupal and liked it very much, so I think a drupal solution will feet best my needs.

Before I'll continue with the installation I have some questions about modules and features:

- Which module do you think will be the best for me for customer management?
- I need a ticket system for 4 departments: Customer care, Sales, Billing, Support.
- I need FAQ system.
- I need shopping cart that could be integrated with PayPal.
- I need LiveChat features which devided into different departments.
- Can I put one user in 2 different groups?
- I need downloads module
- The last thing that I need is that each user will be able to download only the files that his group is allowed to download (each user could be member in couple of groups).

I forgot to mention that I need that each user will be enable to view his invoices using the site.

Hi,

I'm trying to see if to use drupal as a company intranet infrastructure.
One of the first things i'm looking into is a ticket system/help desk.
Where you able to find this kind of module for drupal? Did you wrote something yourself and maybe want to share?
