I just installed the new version of Lightbox2 on to one of my websites - and found that it has replaced/broken images defined in BLOCK content which should not be lightboxed by putting rel='lightbox' into the content piece. More worrying is that it breaks it so badly that the image is replaced by a piece of broken HTML text. I have found it does it with normal content also. Although it seems normal image content types dont get affected: it is busting all the extra images in content.

I tried everything Input Format to see if that had broken. I even enabled Lightbox Lite - but that did nothing. I have had to disable Lightbox altogether....

Can someone help?. Clearly this long-for release has not been tested enough - there are a lot of changes in it!

I am using the standard Foriage theme with no enhancements.

I would definitely pull this release quick.
