Understanding Current State of Sellers Selling Uploaded Files

Am I correct that this is the process for multiple sellers to sell files w/ UC Marketplace:

Seller creates account.
Seller creates product (no file upload on the create product page).
Seller then edits the product and clicks on Features.
Seller then selects his/her file from *all* the marketplace sellers uploaded files.

Is there any way that UC Marketplace allows the seller to just "upload his file" to the product without navigating every sellers files?
