Daylight savings time screws up Drupal's time zones and causes a bunch of misidentified audio in the archive. I'd love to have a button on the archived audio that will reload the program information from the schedule based on the timestamp.

i've committed a mostly working version of this to CVS. it doesn't fix the filenames though.
