I work at Development Seed and contribute to our Open Atrium (https://community.openatrium.com/documentation-en) and other project documentation (http://developmentseed.org/team/ian-cairns). I'm requesting doc admin permission to be able to work on D.O for Managing News documentation specifically: http://drupal.org/node/920622. We started these docs off of D.O and now that they're up I need additional permissions to continue to edit and post pages with images.

Heck yes you can have docs admin role! (And now my standard blurb...) ;)

Please review the docs styleguide http://drupal.org/node/338208 if you're not familiar with it, and be extra careful when editing the high level handbook pages.
