Just copy the image from the website source
http://www.6na9.info/modules/googleajaxsearch/images/clear.gif

in your module /modules/googleajaxsearch/

Create images directory and copy clear.gif

and its done :)

Had the same problem.
Copied the files as per instructions and all is OK now.

Will this file be in the next release?
