I have the same error after I transfer my drupal to a new hoster.
Error only appears if I activate local and content translation module!! (my language is german).
Remove the german language error dont appear!

Old PHP Version 5.2.1, new version 5.2.13
Error appears in admin/content/types/fields
And only if local and content translation are active!
