How the hell could I make users provide a feed link so when they post on their websites/blogs, the posts get auto posted on my drigg powered website?! Just like on the Digg.com website...

No...I mean like an auto RSS feed posting...The user provides an RSS feed link on their profile or something like that and when they post on their websites/blogs, the post also gets published on my website, from the feed provided. Get it now?!

You can't.
Administer > User management > Permissions > aggregator module
If you give permissions to authenticate users they can access news feeds and/or administer news feeds. But that means they will be able to delete other feeds also (and you don't want that).
